Store is supposed to open at 9. 9:15 still no one here to open. Someone must have had to much spiked egg nog and didn’t feel like getting up to open the store.

Store is to be open at 9am, even has a special holiday hours posted saying the same. It's 9:10am and nobody is at the store to open. Very unprofessional to not be open when you are supposed to be. Also, nobody answered the phone when I called.
